Sheri Henderson is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher through CorePower Yoga, with additional certifications in Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra (100 hours, Yandara Institute of Yoga) and Pranayama (50 hours, India). Her teaching weaves together breath, movement, and sound to guide others toward presence, balance, and deep inner connection.

With over 15 years in the travel industry, Sheri brings a rare harmony of organization and intuition to every retreat — blending her expertise in global journeys with a heartfelt devotion to personal transformation. Her classes and retreats invite you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

Iva began her yoga journey in 2008, finding in the practice a path to calm and clarity that transformed her relationship with lifelong anxiety. What began as personal healing evolved into a deep calling to help others do the same.

A certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Breath Coach, Reiki and Johrei practitioner, and Kundalini Activation facilitator, Iva blends multiple healing traditions to support emotional balance and embodied transformation. Her work integrates Qi Gong, Hot and Yin Yoga, Hypnosis, Energy Psychology, and Breathwork, creating a compassionate and holistic approach to self-discovery.

With a presence that is both grounding and uplifting, Iva guides others toward growth, resilience, and inner peace—holding space for deep release and renewed connection to self.
